
INTERNATIONAL CREATIVE MANAGEMENT SELLS ICM ARTISTS
November 2, 2006 (Los Angeles and New York) � International Creative Management (�ICM�), one of the world's largest talent and literary agencies, today announced the sale of ICM Artists, Ltd. (�ICMA�), the classical music and performing arts subsidiary of ICM. David Foster, President and CEO of ICMA and Byron Gustafson, Executive Vice President and Managing Partner of ICMA, together with Newsweb Artists, LLC, led a management buyout of ICMA. Newsweb Artists is an affiliate of Newsweb Corporation, a Chicago-based media company. ICMA will retain its name during the transition period and a new name will be announced at a later date.
Based in New York, ICMA has been a subsidiary of ICM since 1976. It represents an extensive roster of the world�s leading classical instrumentalists, conductors, and vocalists and also manages the touring activities of numerous orchestras, dance companies and performing ensembles. A complete roster of artists and groups managed by ICMA is attached. ICMA�s client roster, as well as staff and executive structure, will remain the same following the sale.
